The Woodlands at Ramsey is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team!
The Woodlands at Ramsey is a Springpoint Senior Living Affordable Housing Community located in Ramsey, NJ. We are seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to join our team. At Springpoint, the RSC is responsible for developing and promoting a variety of activities which provide opportunities for socialization across religious, ethnic, and intergenerational backgrounds of the residents, families, and the community.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement case management services to all residents.
Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
Assist with move-in and orientation of new residents.
Monitor and maintain records reflecting all residents’ physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Document resident incidents.
Participate and promote interactive problem-solving with staff.
Assist residents and their families with move-out if necessary.
Develop, implement, and coordinate resident centered activities programs, including community intergenerational programs.
Coordinate volunteer programs with residents and community.
Promote positive public relations through contacting media about special events.
Develop and maintain written policies and procedures based on services provided.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, gerontology, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in social work field with seniors and non-elderly disabled
