Essential Job Duties:
The primary purpose of this position is to support the safe and efficient operation of campus facilities by performing routine maintenance, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance across multiple building systems.
This role develops and applies knowledge in various trades—including plumbing, electrical, HVAC , steam systems, and fume hoods—to maintain equipment functionality and reliability. The position is responsible for assisting with repairs, monitoring and documenting system performance, following established safety and lockout/tagout procedures, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with preventative maintenance schedules, safety standards, and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in HVAC , steam, plumbing, and electrical trades.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
