Location: Raleigh, NC

Essential Job Duties:

The employee will be assisting the CUP Electrician with maintenance tasks on electrical systems within all 5 of the central utility plants. Employee may also be used by the maintenance department, if needed to assist with power washing cooling towers.

Other Work/Responsibilities:

Other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems and maintenance principles.

  • Ability to safely use standard hand and power tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks efficiently in a plant or industrial environment.

  • Ability to perform physical work, including holding tools weighing approximately 10 lbs and performing repetitive movements involving arms, hands, and shoulders.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with electricians and facilities staff across multiple plant locations.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality to support operational needs of the Central Utility Plants.

  • Valid NC Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience assisting with electrical, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or facilities operations.

Required license or certification:

  • Valid NC Driver’s License
