CBRE Systems Engineer in Raleigh, North Carolina
About the Role:
Under generalto broad supervision, manages and allocates infrastructure resources bymonitoring and maintaining system platforms in support of Turner and Townsend’sinformation technology operations. Provides primary support and systemadministration for network hardware and software such as web applications andwide area network’s (WAN) systems. May also install and administer applicationsoftware and manage the middleware component.
What You'll Do:
Responsible fordesigning, implementing, and integrating information systems to fit withinexisting systems infrastructure.
Assist with thetechnology implementation for clients including but not limited to thefollowing scopes:
‒ Low Voltage AudioVisual Physical Security
‒ WLAN DASSystems Desktop
‒ Sound Masking Telephony DataNetworks (Circuit Order Management)
Troubleshootsand resolves system service failures by identifying and analyzing the situationand provides corrective actions.
Develops,installs, and tests new network hardware and software releases, systemupgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software relatedproblems.
Monitorssystems activities and fine tunes system parameters and configuration tooptimize performance and ensure security of systems.
Providesexpertise on decisions and priorities regarding systems architecture.
Engages withapplication development teams on current infrastructure projects.
Facilitates theestablishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide thedesign of technology solutions including architecting and implementingsolutions.
Manages andmaintains the hardware, software, security, and connectivity to the Internet.
Supports allthe various web applications and related systems such as search engines and webservers and middleware components.
Performs otherduties as assigned.

Bachelor'sdegree (BA/BS) in a related field of work or equivalent work experience.Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.Typically has 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in softwareengineering and design architecture; must be able to use Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD.
Technicalcertifications in the specialty area, such as CISCO or Microsoft.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $90,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
