Position overview
We are seeking an experienced people leader to manage all aspects of plant production for our Raleigh NC facility.
As the Production Manager, you will:
Implement defined overall production standards, and oversees and manages all production operations, within a single plant or site, which may include area related maintenance and engineering services.
Implement defined superior policies and guidelines, and defines and ensures implementation of function specific processes, procedures, methods and/or tools.
Ensure adherence at any time to relevant internal and local EHS-standards.
Lead and develops all the respective workflow process to ensure all production targets (Quality, Quantity, Delivery in time) are achieved.
Design and proposes short- and midterm development of the responsible production unit (continuous improvement) and sets up and monitors completion of agreed investment projects.
Ensure optimum machine utilization and product scheduling.
Ensure availability of working instructions, rules and guidelines for all productions sections, shifts or production lines assigned.
Contribute to and implements productions plans.
Evaluate and contributes to implementation of maintenance programs.
Contribute to planning and supervision of contractor work orders.
Run organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated Management, Professionals and staff."
You will make impact if you have the following qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
4 year degree or equivalent applicable engineering/manufacturing experience
3+ years of experience with the following:
Team performance leadership in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in the MS Office suite of products
LEAN Manufacturing experience
Authorization to work for any company in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in SAP or other large ERP System
Proficiency in Dayforce or similar time keeping system
Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt
Prior engineering experience
Experience with Power BI
