So what does a member of our Crew get to do?

Crew Members can serve in a variety of different roles that can include being a cashier, maintaining our dining room or preparing our food. One common expectation is that each Crew Member can warmly greet guests with a genuine smile.

Essential duties for a Crew Member may include:

• Welcoming our Guests in and thanking them for Choosing McDonald's

• Preparing and serving our World Class food

• Maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant

• Accepting payment from Guests and making correct change

• Explaining our menu and answering questions for all Guests

• Bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting (up to 25 lbs, as needed)

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
