Description
We are looking for a dedicated Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. As part of a non-profit organization, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to community-focused initiatives while supporting key administrative functions. This is a Contract position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role, providing potential for long-term career growth within the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Provide administrative support to office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Greet visitors and manage reception duties with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Coordinate and assist with community outreach programs and events.
• Support fundraising activities, including event planning and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to promote community-focused initiatives.
• Organize and maintain office files, supplies, and documentation.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports for stakeholders.
Requirements • Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle calls and outreach activities.
• Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage receptionist duties and create a positive environment for visitors.
• Familiarity with community outreach and event coordination.
• Experience with fundraising or community marketing efforts is a plus.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
