We’re seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Delivery Lead / BIM Manager to play a critical role in shaping and executing our digital project strategy. In this leadership role, you will guide a talented team of Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists while overseeing the digital model environment, ensuring seamless integration across all disciplines and project phases.

What You’ll Do
As the Digital Delivery Lead, you will drive the success of multi-discipline projects by overseeing digital workflows, coordinating teams, and ensuring the highest quality of BIM/VDC deliverables.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists.
Provide technical guidance, professional development, and workflow training.
Collaborate with other Digital Delivery Leads to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
Project & Model Management
Manage and maintain all digital models and project deliverables from planning through construction documentation.
Partner with Project Managers to develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP).
Establish project-specific infrastructure, including server setups, discipline models, document management systems, and digital delivery processes.
Technical Execution & Support
Execute project digital deliverables and provide ongoing support to production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all team members have the correct software, versions, access, and training required.
Monitor model health, run coordination processes, and conduct quality control reviews.
Lead Digital Delivery coordination meetings and support Design Reviews and 3D Coordination efforts.
Information Management & Documentation
Generate and maintain model setups, including coordinates, model scales, project information, and necessary metadata.
Compile and deliver digital assets at designated project milestones.
Manage project archiving during submittals and closeout.
Communicate effectively with leadership, production staff, and clients through clear documentation and presentations.
Essential Skills & Experience
U.S. citizenship required due to contract obligations.
Ability to pass governmental background checks.
5+ years of BIM authoring experience (digital design).
5+ years of digital delivery/model management experience.
Strong understanding of building systems and multi-discipline coordination.
Advanced proficiency in 3D design tools, 3D coordination software, and document management systems.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and communication platforms.
Familiarity with industry standards, discipline codes, and specifications.
Knowledge of automation tools, programming concepts, and add-ins that enhance digital workflows.
Experience with content creation, model libraries, and digital asset management.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong client-facing skills.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
A positive, collaborative, and energetic approach to leadership and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience leading digital delivery initiatives on multi-discipline projects.
Strong understanding of digital project execution from kickoff to closeout.
Work Environment
This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule featuring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote per week, with additional flexibility based on project needs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams while helping shape the firm’s long‑term digital delivery strategy.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
