TNT 3D Construction Project Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina
Position Summary:
Leads all on-site 3D concrete printing projects, from design integration to completion. The Project Manager ensures efficient scheduling, budget control, and adherence to TNT's quality, safety, and sustainability standards while integrating new additive technologies into field operations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and print schedules.
- Supervise site logistics, print setup, calibration, and production.
- Coordinate between engineering, design, and print teams for constructability reviews.
- Oversee print crew operations and safety compliance.
- Maintain documentation for UL 3401 and building code verification.
- Communicate progress to executives and partners through daily reporting.
- Mentor crew members and oversee on-site training.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years in construction project management; 1-2 years exposure to additive manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with Procore, BIM 360, or similar software.
- Ability to read and interpret G-code, CAD, and digital fabrication files.
Training and Certification Requirements:
TNT's internal 3DCP Implementation Certification (Modules A-D) covering:
- 3DCP Fundamentals
- Printer Operation and Safety
- Digital Design Integration
- UL 3401 Compliance
OSHA 30-hour; PMP or CM-Lean preferred.
- Deliver projects within 3% of budget and andle;5% schedule variance.
- Zero recordable safety incidents.
- Full documentation for each print project completed and archived.
Career Path:
Upon certification, may advance to Regional Additive Construction Manager or Director of Field Implementation as TNT scales national operations.
