Monarch NC a trusted provider of high-quality, trauma-informed services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders is seeking an experiencedRegistered Nurseto serve asTeam Leadfor ourBehavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC)in Raleigh, NC.
Work Schedule:
- Friday (12pm-8pm), Saturday (8am-5pm), and Sunday (8am-5pm)
What You'll Do
As the Team Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and exceptional customer experience. In this position, you will:
- Support the Program Director with daily oversight of clinical services at the BHUC.
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments for individuals seeking urgent behavioral health support.
- Ensure an outstanding experience for all individuals and families in the lobby, on the phone, and throughout their care.
- Monitor wait times, customer satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
- Provide realtime guidance and support to staff to keep operations running effectively.
- Serve as the onsite clinical leader when the Program Director is not present.

What You Need to Qualify
- Associates Degree in Nursing(required)
- Minimum 3 years of experiencein a crisis management setting or crisis response role
- At least 1 year of experienceworking with children, youth, or adolescents in a crisis setting
- Supervisory experienceis preferred but not required
