Position Overview:
NucleusTeq is looking for a driven HR Manager to support its Training Enablement, Performance Management and Campus Engagement strategies. If you are a result oriented and self-driven individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the Training Calendar for the tech and non tech teams
Own and drive the new talent training strategy
Work closely with the Partner Alliance team to meet the organisation's objective of key certification program
Ensure adherence to individual development plans
Design and drive the campus engagement initiatives for the company
Drive campus collaborations and early student engagement
Engage with universities to collaborate for knowledge sharing sessions, training labs and campus placements
Design and execute the performance management systems
Own and execute the Performance and Talent Strategy
Own employee performance and ensure appropriate measures to deal with non-performance
Work closely with the leadership team to identify and ring-fence critical talent and hi-pots.
Recommend and develop periodic review systems
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA (HR) or equivalent
7+ years experience in companies with progressive HR systems
Experience in tech and tech adjacent companies is preferred
Demonstrated expertise in leading and implementing performance management systems, training & development
Excellent communication, high ownership and bias for action.
