1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ($26-32/hr)
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($28–$34/hr)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($30–$36/hr)? Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays + OT as needed)
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists / Grinding Technicians to join a precision manufacturing team supporting highly regulated industries such as medical, aerospace, and automotive . This role focuses on setup, programming, and operation of precision grinding equipment , producing tight-tolerance components to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate OD and centerless grinding machines
Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and setup optimization to meet cycle time and quality targets
Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and produce parts to specification
Use precision measurement tools (contact and non-contact) to verify tolerances (surface finish, concentricity, straightness, etc.)
Troubleshoot machining processes and equipment to resolve issues and improve efficiency
Maintain production schedules while ensuring high-quality output
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to resolve production challenges
Support development of tooling and gauging for complex geometries
Complete required production documentation and follow SOPs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
4+ years of CNC machining experience required
Experience working with tight tolerances (±0.001” or better)
CNC experience required (must have to be considered)
Experience with centerless grinding highly preferred (especially for 1st/2nd shift)
Familiarity with EDM, multi-axis milling, and CNC lathes is a plus
Background in medical, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail, including quality, documentation, and housekeeping
Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
High School Diploma or equivalent required
