About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Petcare segment, where we bring people together through flavour.
Role Title: Receivals & Inbound Coordinator
Location: Bathurst, NSW
Hours: Full-time, Day Shift.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
In this pivotal role, you’ll own the day-to-day coordination of inbound receivals, working closely with Operations, Lab, Q&FS, Inbound and Planning teams to ensure materials flow safely, efficiently and accurately across site.
What you’ll do:
Act as the main point of contact for all receivals activities on site.
Coordinate inbound bookings and time slotting to optimise truck turnaround and prevent delays.
Monitor KPIs (FIFO compliance, schedule adherence, non-conformances) and act on trends.
Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Manage silo and storage allocations in line with best practice FIFO.
Oversee out-of-spec materials, waivers and non-conformance processes.
Optimise SAP and MobileDock usage to reduce manual work and errors.
Coach and support receivals associates to uplift capability.
Provide hands-on operational support during peak periods, including truck bookings and material testing.
Your unique ingredients:
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or supply chain.
Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
Continuous improvement mindset (Lean/SAP experience highly regarded).
Confidence working cross-functionally with Operations, Lab, Q&FS and Planning.
Ability to balance operational execution with improvement initiatives.
