Close and effective collaboration with internal functional teams including but not limited to Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales is required, with service to Airgas customers and employees at the core.

Airgas is hiring for a Product Management Intern for Summer 2026 in Radnor, PA!

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Product Management Intern supports the Product Management team in executing routine and exceptional business activities, projects, and strategies of Product Management, leveraging big data and cross-functional relationships. The role will contribute to the success of the overall bulk businesses for which Product Management oversees by delivering on assigned projects and initiatives and by stepping in to support business operations activities. Close and effective collaboration with internal functional teams including but not limited to Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales is required, with service to Airgas customers and employees at the core.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Execution & Strategic Support

Deliver on assigned projects and initiatives in a professional and timely manner; specific project scopes will be outlined at the start of the internship.

Leverage "big data" sets to provide analytical support for product strategies and business cases.

Assist in the development of tools or dashboards that help track product performance and market trends.  

Business Operations & Accountability

Own and remain accountable for day-to-day activities delegated in support of business operations and the Product Management function.

Monitor business metrics to identify opportunities for operational efficiency or improved customer service.

Step in to support ad-hoc business requests to ensure the continuity of Product Management services.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Immerse yourself in the team to learn departmental workflows and contribute to a lasting impact on the business unit.

Maintain close and effective collaboration with internal functional teams, including Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure product data and strategy alignment across the organization.

Required Education:

Undergraduate education in progress in the following (or related) fields: Business, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain

Required Length & Type of Experience:

Prior gainful employment in some capacity, a plus, not necessarily related to the ongoing undergraduate education

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Self starter, capable of working independently toward establish goals

Excellent listening and communication abilities

Strong analytical skills

Data oriented

Strategic thinking

In an office environment at least 3 days per week (Tu-Th generally). May be required to be in office more frequently at the direction of management. Some opportunities to work from home Monday and Friday.

Occasional regional travel.

Occasional overnight travel.

Must have reliable, appropriate transportation.

Job requires visitation to various Airgas and customer sites, which have varying environments/conditions, layouts, and accessibility.
