SummaryJob Description:Now Hiring for a Full-Time Lab Supervisor for new Freestanding Emergency Department at Radcliff Opening in August 2026!Job Description:The Laboratory Supervisor for the freestanding Emergency Department, Urgent Care, and Outpatient phlebotomy services, is a working supervisor who provides Technical Consultant responsibilities and day-to-day operational oversight while actively performing clinical laboratory testing. This role ensures timely, accurate testing to support patient care, maintains compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and leads assigned laboratory staff through effective staffing coordination, performance management, and clinical leadership. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, developing, disciplining, engaging, and evaluating employees.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in a chemical, physical or biological science or Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science from an accredited institution required. Education and training equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology:a. Education: 60 semester hours including either 24 semester hours of Medical Laboratory Technology courses or 24 semester hours of science courses (6 hours of chemistry; 6 hours of biology, and 12 hours in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology, or any combination). b.
