Position Summary Thermal Transfer Products (TTP) is seeking an experienced and highly engaged Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our Racine, WI manufacturing facility. With over 125 employees and a highmix/lowvolume (HMLV) production environment, this role is responsible for driving the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and employee engagement. API Heat Transfer (culture index) Key Responsibilities Safety & Environmental Health (EH&S) - Our #1 Priority Lead and model a zeroincident mindset, ensuring compliance with OSHA, company policies, and ISO 9001 requirements. Conduct regular safety walks, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. Partner closely with the Maintenance/ME Manager to oversee EH&S programs, training, and compliance. Drive proactive safety initiatives, nearmiss reporting, incident investigations, and continuous improvement of safe work practices. Operations Leadership in a High-Mix/Low-Volume Job Shop Manage all plant operations across Production, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and EH&S. Oversee schedule execution, capacity planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Ensure consistent execution of production plans with focus on reducing WIP, lead times, and bottlenecks. Drive operational readiness, equipment uptime, process capability, and daily performance accountability. Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Lead Lean efforts including 5S, visual management, standard work, SMED, and waste elimination. Champion A3 thinking, PDCA, and structured CI methodologies. Collaborate with Quality/CI Manager to deliver annual productivity goals. Quality Management & ISO 9001 Compliance Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 processes and documentation.
