Position Description The HR Generalist for the Americas Data Centers region will be a key member of the HR team, providing comprehensive support to our employees and Human Resources business leaders. This role will support the Americas Data Centers region, including the HR professionals supporting our business verticals: Air Handling Units, Modular, Indoor Air & Liquid, Aftermarket, and Systems & Controls. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a broad range of HR skills, including administrative support, HRIS management, immigration and global mobility, and more. This individual will report to the VP of HR for the Americas Data Centers region and will play a crucial role in the day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives of the business. This is an execution-oriented roles with responsibility for independently managing a variety of Human Resources projects as needed. Preference will be given to candidates interested and willing to relocate to grow their careers in our exciting Data Centers organization! Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of HR for the Data Center Americas region. Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Manage the entire employee lifecycle process, including new hire check-ins and exit interviews. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (SuccessFactors). HRIS & Reporting Utilize SuccessFactors to run standard and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and completion of compliance training, performance management and talent management...
