How you’ll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Join an established team of 1 Family Medicine Physician, 2 Family Medicine Physician Assistants, 1 Internal Medicine Physician, and 3 Pediatricians
Medical Assistants at a 1:1 ratio with clinicians
Predominantly commercially insured patient population
Laboratory services onsite
X-ray imaging onsite
Orthopedics & Cardiology available
Located near the Racine–Kenosha border
Option to live in Illinois and work in Wisconsin
Growing population with new economic development
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.
Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
