Position Description We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director, IT PMO to lead our IT Project Management Office. This is more than a traditional PMO role; we are looking for a strategic leader who will transform our PMO into a center of excellence that drives significant business value. The ideal candidate will be a master of execution, a mentor to a high-performing team, and a strategic partner to the IT Leadership team. You will be responsible for aligning our IT project portfolio with Modine\'s strategic goals, ensuring that every project not only meets its objectives but also delivers a measurable return on investment.
