GENESIS 10 Assistant Supervisor in RACINE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking an Assistant Supervisor for a 12+ month contract position with potential for hire located in Racine, WI. This position is on-site. Pay range: \$21.00 - \$24.00 per hour Schedule: Hours: 1st Shift 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM ( we do ask that you arrive 15 minutes before and stay 15 minutes after for pre and post production work). Responsibilities: Interact with hourly employees. Ensure operators have the tools needed to be successful. Respond to downtime issues and help calls. Support the area supervisor with assigned tasks. Requirements: Entry-level supervisory experience is acceptable; experienced candidates are also welcome. Ability to work 1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with the flexibility to arrive 15 minutes early and stay 15 minutes late for pre and post-production work. Desired skills: Experience in a union environment is a plus. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
