SAP SuccessFactors Senior Solution Advisor
About the Role
The SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters Solution Advisor is a subject-matter expert with advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters solutions, playing a critical role in driving successful sales cycles as part of a virtual account team. The role supports the overall account strategy by positioning SAP solutions as the best fit for customer needs and differentiating them in a competitive landscape.
This position is based in Israel and operates from SAP’s offices in Ra’anana.
The Solution Advisor engages with prospective customers through executive-level interactions, discovery sessions, tailored solution demonstrations, and strategic follow-ups. During active sales cycles, the primary objective is to secure customer confidence that SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters effectively address their business requirements. In complex opportunities, the Solution Advisor may take on the role of Solution Captain , leading the solutioning strategy end-to-end.
The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Value Engineering teams to shape opportunity strategy and clearly articulate business value.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Support
Deliver compelling, high-quality presentations of SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters solutions
Design and execute tailored, value-based demonstrations aligned to customer needs
Lead discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and refine solution positioning
Demonstrate deep expertise in HR processes and translate them into relevant solution use cases
Support RFx processes and proposal development
Present effectively in both virtual and in-person environments
Provide limited post-sale support to ensure a smooth transition to implementation teams
Act as Solution Captain in complex or multi-solution opportunities
Leverage cross-functional expertise (Solution Specialists, CoE, Value Engineering, Solution Hubs, Product Management, Deal Advisors)
Adoption & Innovation Enablement
Deliver focused demonstrations showcasing new product releases and innovations
Conduct targeted sessions to address underutilized features (shelfware) and drive adoption
Demand Generation
Support one-to-many sales and marketing initiatives (events, webinars, on-site engagements)
Partner with Sales to identify whitespace opportunities and expand the pipeline
Sales Readiness
Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales stakeholders
Contribute to demo system design, planning, and configuration when required
Participate in product release testing, enablement programs, and knowledge sharing
Contribute to or lead initiatives within Solution Hubs
Qualifications & Experience
5 years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Consulting roles
5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, or other leading HRIS solutions (e.g., Oracle HCM or similar)
Preferred: Experience with SAP HCM solutions
Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and ability to map business needs to solutions
Proven experience working within enterprise sales cycles
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English (professional level required)
