Mars Sales Representative in Ra'anana, Israel

Job purpose :

Sales Representative effectively implements the Mars sales and distribution strategy for the organized channel. The role is accountable for driving sales through optimal distribution and physical availability of our brands across prime in-store locations. They are responsible for driving the quality of displays, delivering excellent execution in line with perfect store ambitions and building influential relationships with key stakeholders to deliver incremental business and category growth.

What are we looking for?

  • Implement Mars sales and distribution strategy in your area

  • Place and manage orders from key customers such as Rami Levy, Super Pharm, Victory, Saleh Dabach, and others.

  • Verify product assortment availability at points of sale (POS) and take necessary actions to recover missing SKUs.

  • Monitor stock levels for each SKU at POS, adjusting shelf planograms where possible to optimize space allocation.

  • Negotiate and secure optimal space for promotional displays and ensure flawless execution of promotional plans in-store.

  • Collect and report competitive information to inform strategy.

  • Plan and anticipate the growth and development needs of your area.

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, inform decisions, and optimize sales activities.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (especially in other FMCG companies)

  • Excellent knowledge of English Language

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in using MS Office and especially Excel & PowerPoint

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
