We are looking for an Experienced Design Verification (DV) Engineer to join our WiFi hardware team. Our team operates in an AI-driven environment where we leverage cutting-edge AI tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and reduce development timelines. You will be expected to actively utilize and promote AI-assisted development practices within the team.
About the job:
In this role, you will work on defining, developing and debugging verification environments for TI’s wireless MCU products targeted at Industrial markets. You'll deep dive into both low level and system level modules, ensure compliance with Architecture and various protocols specifications, collaborate with software, Architecture, Algorithm and design teams, and mentor junior members in the team.

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / communication Engineering, or equivalent
3+ years Hands-on work experience in developing verification environments
Experience with one major verification methodology and language (e.g., System Verilog/UVM, Specman)
Expertise in coverage-driven verification, object/aspect-oriented programming, and constrained random testing
Ability to work in a team both local and global
Strong communication skill – Verbal and written
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with WiFi/BLE protocols and SOC experience and broad DV methodology know-how
Experience with gate-level simulation, mixed-signal, formal or power-aware verification
Experience with writing C-code for embedded processors (ARM or RISC-V)
Self-learner, with an internal motivation to learn new things and tackle engineering tasks
Moderate experience with AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) for code development and debugging
Track record of using AI tools to accelerate verification environment development and test coverage analysis
