Your Role:
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing quality workmanship.
Stay up-to-date with Chrysler certifications and training.
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles to factory standards.
Perform routine maintenance, warranty repairs, and advanced diagnostics.

35 bays/1 alignment rack
Climate control/Heat and AC
Built in toolboxes
Monthly store lunch
Each Technician has a personal laptop and scan tool
Monday-Friday Schedule (4-10's available)
Inground hoist
Professionally cleaned shop every night
Endless work (2 weeks worth of service scheduled)

What We’re Looking For:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence.
Chrysler Certification (or ability to obtain certification).
Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram vehicles.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes the CBA union agreement: $25-$30 flat rate
