Numerator Account Manager in Quito, Ecuador
We are looking for a professional with solid analytical and creative skills, who is passionate about consumer trends and who will do high-impact work in support of our clients. You should have experience managing end-to-end partnerships, including discussions with senior stakeholders, co-creating innovative thinking and stimulating adjustments to business strategies. The role covers the following tasks:
Strong analytical skills
Business Development | Expanding the number of clients
Contact with different levels of stakeholders in clients, including senior levels
Commercial disciplines | Performance based on KPIs, such as sales funnel
High Impact Presentations
Leadership - direct or indirect people management
Consumer panel and solutions management
Requirements:
· Performance evaluation 3+
· Desirable: experience in BI and advanced analytical platforms
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
· Bachelor's Degree is a must; MBA or Master’s degree are a plus
· Knowledge that will be a favourable differential: Innovation, Demand Space/ Moments, U&A (Usage and Attitude), FMCG Trends (by category, generations, Brazil versus other countries), Ad Hoc research, marketing/communication and shopping behavior insights
