Description
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Quincy, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining data to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with precision.
Responsibilities:
• Input and update data accurately into company systems and databases.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy while typing and entering data.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Adhere to data protection and confidentiality protocols at all times.
Requirements • Proficiency in 10-key typing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry with a focus on precision and speed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for document management.
• Ability to organize and maintain files systematically.
• Familiarity with scanning equipment and document digitization.
• Capability to perform basic calculations and verify data integrity.
