Client Management Consultant (CMC)
Location:, Quincy, MA
Level: Entry-Level
Work Model: Hybrid (onsite Tuesday–Thursday)
Role Overview
The Client Management Consultant serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless, world-class travel experience. CMCs manage client communications, coordinate flight logistics, and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-touch service via phone, email, and text
Gather and input flight itinerary details into internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams (Flight Planning, Flight Management)
Arrange catering and ground transportation
Resolve client issues with ownership and creativity
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and management
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred OR 2+ years of customer service/call center experience
Aviation, hospitality, or luxury service experience is a plus
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong understanding of professional environments
Training & Development
Classroom Training (5 weeks)
Monday–Friday, typically 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Focus: systems and tools, client communication protocols, flight booking processes, service standards
Mentorship Phase (4–5 weeks)
One-on-one mentoring with experienced CMCs
Hands-on practice with real client scenarios
Ongoing feedback and performance coaching
Schedule Details
Work Week: Sunday–Wednesday OR Wednesday–Saturday (4 days on, 3 days off)
Shift Assignment: Based on business need after mentorship period
Shift Range: Earliest start 6:00 AM; latest end 9:00 PM
Swing Shift Option: 2:00 PM–12:00 AM or 4:00 PM–2:00 AM (can be requested as preference)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
