Supervise a crew of 6-8 employees engaged in framing residential homes. Duties include: Building homes by performing framing work using wood, metal, and related materials. Assisting the boss with daily supervision and coordination of crew activities to ensure work is completed according to specifications and timelines. Inspecting work progress and verifying that homes are ready for required inspections. Ensuring adequate supplies and materials are available at all times by monitoring inventory and coordinating procurement as needed. Performing hands-on framing and construction duties as needed to meet project deadlines. $47,174.00 per year.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in both hot and cold weather conditions. Approximately 75% of travel to unanticipated client sites within the state required. The employer will arrange for round trip transport to client sites from the employer's main work location.
