We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Learning Practitioner.

Principal responsibilities

  • Design and deliver business-specific learning curricula for MSS Operations globally

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical learning interventions

  • Ensure training content aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements

  • Drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness

  • Engage with Functional Heads, VPs, and SLT to assess and address training needs

  • Communicate progress and outcomes in business forums and MIS reports

  • Collaborate with external vendors for customised solutions

  • Promote self-paced and digital learning channels

Requirements

  • 8-12 years’ experience in business training, capability development, or a related field within Financial Services, preferably Investment Banking.

  • Strong knowledge of MSS Operations, including Asset Services, Custody, and capital markets products.

  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, programme planning, delivery, and evaluation.

  • Experience with digital learning platforms, micro-learning, gamification, and social learning.

  • Proven stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a complex, matrix-driven organisation.

  • Knowledge of local and global training vendors (preferred).

The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting.
