IBM Team Lead (RPO) in QUEZON CITY, Philippines

Your role and responsibilities

The Team Lead will oversee a team handling recruitment and responsible in addressing candidate queries and HR concerns. This will involve working closely with Delivery teams and client SMEs thus, there is a need for this person to become an expert in the end-to-end recruitment process and understand the impact of actions throughout the overall recruiting process on downstream HR processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who is passionate about recruitment administration and wanting to grow into a Delivery Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team to deliver a positive candidate experience in screening and overall recruiting and onboarding process on time to avoid delays.

  • Work within predefined recruitment processes while monitoring that process to identify, recommend areas, improve and to ensure best practices at all times

  • Identify and implement new and/or better processes in partnership with the TA Delivery teams

  • Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals and targets as set by the management team

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (and other program tools)

  • Participate in client meetings at the direction of the management team

  • Be accountable for keeping the Service Now (SNOW) system accurately updated at all times

  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management

Required technical and professional expertise

  • At least 4+ years experience in local recruitment and/or RPO setting

  • At least 2+ years experience leading/managing team of recruitment professionals

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and database applications

  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is a plus

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Business Process Improvement Knowledge: Exposure to business process improvement methodologies and techniques, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. • Senior Stakeholder Engagement Experience: Experience working with senior stakeholders, including presenting data-driven insights and managing expectations to drive business outcomes. • Analytics and Reporting Familiarity: Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools and techniques, including data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions.
