About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Revenue Operations Analyst to join our newly formed Revenue Operations function – supporting both the Americas and Controls Solutions businesses. In this role, you will drive Salesforce administration, strengthen CRM data quality and deliver advanced analysis using Excel and other tools. Your work will include monitoring lead assignments, supporting pipeline tracking and conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and Salesforce teams to solve operational issues, support user onboarding, manage data flows between systems and build insightful dashboards. By providing key business insights, evaluating customer journeys and supporting pipeline and revenue growth, you will help position Copeland for sustained growth and global impact.
Key responsibilities
CRM and data administration : Oversee Salesforce and CRM data loading, updates, maintenance and audits. Manage user onboarding and access, ensure data quality, resolve sync errors and monitor integrated system flows.
Data analysis and reporting : Use Excel, CRM and data analytics tools for data operations, analysis and dashboard reporting. Perform audits and deliver actionable metrics for sales, marketing, product management, finance and operations.
Performance monitoring : Assist in monitoring Salesforce MQL assignment and lead routing to ensure timely follow-up. Support tracking and follow-up on incomplete tasks, past-due opportunities, inactive users and key reporting fields to maintain a healthy pipeline.
Pipeline and growth alignment : Assess pipeline requirements to ensure alignment with growth targets. Monitor and analyze realization of opportunities into revenue, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Operational improvement and collaboration : Work with Revenue Operations and Salesforce teams to resolve data or process gaps, validate workflows and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
Customer and campaign insights : Analyze customer journeys, measure source attribution and evaluate conversion rates. Evaluate acquisition costs, compare performance between existing customers and prospects and provide insights into influence sources and metrics to optimize the customer lifecycle.
Win/loss and opportunity insights : Analyze why deals are won or lost, identify key factors for success or failure, uncover high-potential opportunities and provide insights for improving win rates, cross-selling and upselling. Provide source attribution insights to refine targeting and resource allocation.
Continuous improvement : Analyze key metrics, respond to data requests and support ongoing process optimization and data quality efforts. Conduct routine audits and produce reports to identify and correct data quality issues.
Required qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in data analytics with sales, revenue operations, marketing, finance or related field.
Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboard creation and data management.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems using clear and actionable data.
Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams toward common revenue goals.

Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, finance, economics, business administration, marketing, information systems, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in data analytics.
Certifications in Salesforce, data analytics, or revenue operations (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications).
Strong track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights that influence strategy and revenue growth
Experience in supporting marketing campaigns with insights into customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign performance.
Ability to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities through data-driven strategies.
