Your role and responsibilities

The role is responsible for providing functional support, incident resolution, and problem management for ERP processes. This includes acting as the primary functional point of contact for business users, handling incidents and service requests, and resolving functional defects. When needed, the role coordinates with developers to implement technical fixes. It also involves identifying recurring issues, conducting root cause analysis, and proposing process improvements, while ensuring compliance with SLA commitments. Additionally, the role contributes to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base materials.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 or 2018 (5-10 years experience on Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

  • Ability to analyze data issues and functional inconsistencies

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes

  • Experience working in ITIL / AMS environments, ideally as L2/L3 application support

  • Comfortable working with ticketing tools and SLA-driven operations

  • Clear and structured communication with business stakeholders
