Your role and responsibilities

As an IBM Ecosystem Sales Manager, you will lead your Ecosystem sales team to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for integrating Ecosystem with IBM Technology Leaders and IBM Platform Sales managers to align Ecosystem execution with broader IBM strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead Ecosystem Sales Team: Lead the Ecosystem sales team to identify, progress, and close opportunities with Business Partners, driving growth in the country, market, or team you oversee.

• Align Ecosystem Execution: Integrate Ecosystem with IBM Technology Leaders and IBM Platform Sales managers to align Ecosystem execution with broader IBM strategy and advocate new ways of working.

• Deliver Partner Strategy: Execute Partner strategy to deliver growth, overseeing overall Ecosystem performance and resource deployment.

• Drive Ecosystem Performance: Take ownership of Ecosystem performance, ensuring alignment with IBM's broader strategy and goals.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with IBM Technology Leaders and IBM Platform Sales managers to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Deep Expertise in Ecosystem Sales: Proven track record of leading sales teams to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, with a strong understanding of the ecosystem and its various components.

• Experience with IBM Technology Integration: Successful integration of ecosystem solutions with IBM technology leaders and platform sales managers to align ecosystem execution with broader IBM strategy.

• Strategic Partner Management: Experience in developing and executing partner strategies to deliver growth, with a focus on overseeing overall ecosystem performance and resource deployment.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including IBM technology leaders and platform sales managers, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

• Ecosystem Performance Optimization: Deep understanding of ecosystem performance metrics and the ability to drive growth and optimization, ensuring alignment with IBM's broader strategy and goals.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Ecosystem Solution Development: Deep expertise in developing and integrating ecosystem solutions with IBM technology leaders and platform sales managers to drive business growth and align ecosystem execution with broader IBM strategy.

• Strategic Partnership Building: Experience with building and maintaining strategic partnerships to deliver growth, with a focus on overseeing overall ecosystem performance and resource deployment.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including IBM technology leaders and platform sales managers, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
