Your role and responsibilities
As an Application Developer specializing in Adobe, you will provide technical support, maintenance, and production support tasks that require strong subject matter knowledge of Adobe application functionality. You will analyze and provide application support, performing trouble-shooting functions and responding to client issues in Adobe applications and its components. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Provide Technical Support: Deliver technical support, maintenance, and production support tasks and activities, including incident, change, problem management, controls, and monitoring production processing, utilizing your knowledge of Adobe application functionality.
• Analyze and Troubleshoot: Perform trouble-shooting functions and respond to client issues in Adobe applications and its components, providing L1.5/L2/L3 Support by applying your knowledge of application functionality and related technical design/interfaces with other systems/applications.
• Ensure Trouble-Free Operations: Run applications in a trouble-free manner, leveraging your knowledge of integrated development and test environments, tools, infrastructure, and managed support services to support complex solutions.
• Apply Application Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of Adobe application functionality to provide application support and respond to client issues, ensuring effective solution delivery.
Required technical and professional expertise
An Adobe Analytics Developer should have skills and expertise in:
• Adobe Application Functionality Knowledge: Experience with Adobe application functionality, including its components and technical design/interfaces with other systems/applications.
• Technical Troubleshooting Skills: Exposure to trouble-shooting functions and responding to client issues in Adobe applications, with the ability to provide L1.5/L2/L3 Support.
• Integrated Development Environments: Experience with integrated development and test environments, tools, infrastructure, and managed support services that support complex solutions.
• Application Support Expertise: Experience with application support and maintenance, including incident, change, problem management, controls, and monitoring production processing.
• Technical Design Knowledge: Experience with technical design/interfaces with other systems/applications, and the ability to apply this knowledge to provide effective application support.
Preferred technical and professional experience
An Adobe Analytics Developer should have skills and expertise in:
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud-based platforms and technologies, specifically those integrating with Adobe applications, can be beneficial in this role.
• Knowledge of Scripting Languages: Understanding scripting languages, such as those used in automation and integration with Adobe applications, can enhance technical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with IT Service Management: Exposure to IT service management principles and practices, including incident, change, and problem management, can support effective application support delivery.
