The GPO – Rewards Process Owner is the Subject Matter Expert for managing the Annual Merit and AVP processes and continuous improvement process and experience. The role contributes to the design and deployment of Global Rewards processes enabled by Workday with specific accountability for maintaining process integrity and documentation. Ensures process are optimised and understood by end-users and stakeholders.
What would be your key responsibilities?
Provide leadership for the implementation and enhancement of the Compensation module & other key add-on systems with an end-to end mindset (experience, process and technology) . The incumbent has critical understanding and knowledge of Total Rewards business processes needs to influence the right design decisions.
Provide functional expertise for global solutions, defining global standards, processes and driving common solutions.
Drive continuous improvement of the Annual Merit and AVP process by listening to feedback (all stakeholders) and build a annul roadmap of improvements (process, technology, capability) to deliver against.
Bring expertise in policy and processes, being able to balance differences across geographies and regulations; knows where and how to leverage the rewards network to get information to drive decision making.
Utilize E2E lean and user- centric process design thinking to eliminate complexity and reduce need for manual handling to enable more processes for self-service.
Identify process and policy harmonization opportunities and leads, directs local SMEs to achieve the plan as needed.
Where needed, responsible for developing operational procedure for Total Rewards and MyP&O team for areas in scope.
Support preparation and execution of functional and integration testing of the solution (as needed) and participate in SIT and UAT tests.
Through trusted partnership within the MyP&O and Rewards to ensure deliverables are fully met through solid process and system design.
Leverage opportunities to further Efficiency Insights from Operational teams and apply Analytics and Automation tools.
What are we looking for?
5-8 yrs of experience in Total Rewards and P&O/TR systems OR similar experience in Mars or outside.
Knowledge, skills, and capabilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of P&O processes / systems /information – Workday experience required.
Project Management / Services Management and/or Process Management classes or certification an advantage.
Proven track record managing projects and getting things done effectively and efficiently.
Ability to identify, design and implement business process improvements.
Working with multi-cultural and remote peers and project teams collaboratively in an international environment.
Experience of advanced problem solving and driving simplification.
Strong command of English is essential; knowledge of additional languages would be beneficial.
