Kellanova Corporate Events & Fleet Lead in Querétaro, Mexico
Join Kellanova’ GBS HR Team where you’ll be able to lead Fleet and Corporate Events operations for Latin America within Global Business Services, with a strong focus on operational excellence, cost optimization, and employee experience. As a Corporate Events & Fleet Lead you will oversee end-to-end fleet services across the region while ensuring corporate events are executed seamlessly, aligned with culture, financial objectives, and organizational standards.
Based in Querétaro, Mexico, this is a flexible role within a collaborative, regional team that supports multiple countries and stakeholders. You will lead a diverse team across locations, including remote reports, and partner closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Executive Assistance. The role offers broad regional exposure, high-impact decision-making, and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement across complex, high-visibility services.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Regional Fleet Operations Leadership — Oversee end-to-end fleet administration across Latin America, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, insurance, fuel, and disposal, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service quality.
Vendor And Contract Management — Lead supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance management to secure optimal service levels and cost-effective solutions.
Data-Driven Cost Optimization — Analyze fleet and event data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region.
Corporate Events Execution — Plan and deliver regional and local corporate events, managing budgets, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
People And Stakeholder Leadership — Lead and develop a regional team while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to align services with business needs.
We’re Looking for Someone With
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
Proven experience managing fleet operations, including vendors, contracts, and cost optimization.
Hands-on experience with budget management and financial control in operational or service environments.
Experience planning and executing corporate or large-scale internal events.
Strong data analysis capability to drive insights, reporting, and operational decisions.
Experience leading teams across multiple locations or with remote direct reports.
