Mars Sales Administration SR Manager in Queretaro, Mexico

The sales administration role exists in an organization to support the sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales-related activities. Some key reasons why this job exists include:

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Sales operation background across distribution channel or demand generation/distribution previous roles as a must.

  • Engineering or Bachelor’s degree focused on Finance or

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead all the multifunctional backoffice team (2nd largest ins ales organization) to ensure support and back kitchen sales process to drive distribution and profitability.

  • Assess on distribution blueprint targets and expansion efforts compliance mainly for traditional channel.

  • Provide reporting and analytics central data towards sales teams analysis on opportunities and gaps through sales intelligence teams.

  • Ensure on all sales operations processes to comply with other functional areas on order processing, S&OP planning, sales teams payments, OVHs budget 0% deviations, customer’s trade terms management and supply communication/priorization over invoicing process & cycles.
