Main Purpose of the role

Keeps detailed manufacturing plans for existing and new products, that meet the service level and inventory targets defined for the division.

Main Responsabilities

  • Analyzes manufacturing requirements based on material availability and ensures compliance with orders released to the production area.

  • Prepares information for monthly S&OP meetings.

  • Clearly communicates the manufacturing plan to the production line and monitors volume and mix execution.

  • Collaborates with the materials department for the proper management of excess, obsolete, and expired

  • Communicates with the warehouse to prioritize material usage in production.

  • Supports continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency on the manufacturing lines and/or reduce inventory.

  • Basic knowledge of ERP system operation and MR logic.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (completed and titled).

  • 2 years of experience in production and materials planning.

  • Experience using SAP (preferably in planning-related modules).

  • Knowledge of Master Data and Stock Requirement processes.

  • Advanced English.

  • Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions, data analysis).
