Resideo Digital Data Steward in QUERÉTARO, Mexico
As a Digital Data Steward, you will be tasked with collecting, collating, and evaluating product data and ensuring data integrity for the ADI Global Websites. In this role, you will contribute to the development of data quality standards applicable to both consumed and generated product information data sets. These standards are to be clearly communicated to various Digital Teams, including Data Governance, Product Content Specialists, and Digital Merchandising.
JOB DUTIES:
Gather, organize, and assess product data to maintain integrity.
Collaborate with Data Governance, Product Content Specialists, Data Architects, and Digital Merchandisers to apply and uphold product content guidelines.
Define and resolve key business terms, standardize definitions, and ensure adherence to naming conventions for product attributes and digital assets.
Contribute to creating data quality standards that must be enforced across datasets.
Verify incoming data to confirm that supplier information meets expectations for quality.
Assist with the implementation of new modules, releases, and project rollouts by managing the creation or modification of relevant data.
Engage in data cleansing and quality improvement efforts to promote accuracy and completeness.
Perform ongoing maintenance of the ADI Supplier PIM Portal and foster collaboration as needed.
YOU MUST HAVE:
1–3 years of experience in data stewardship, maintenance, metadata management, or analysis (Ecommerce experience/ Design)
Professional-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Skilled in Digital Assets Management and editing PDFs, videos, and images
Experience with data lineage, classification, and collection
Knowledge of data governance best practices for metadata, data quality, and stewardship
WE VALUE:
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team environment
Proficient in Python and experienced with Product Information Management (PIM) tools
Experienced in generating AI prompts, conducting data quality assessments, and producing derived content
Demonstrates strong work ethic and consistently upholds high business ethical standards
Possesses industry knowledge in low voltage distribution product categories, including CCTV, IP, AV technologies, security, and fire safety
Exhibits keen attention to detail and the capability to assess and mitigate risks effectively by following standard operating procedures and business rules
Excellent organizational skills for records management, data backup, and handling personal information
Willingness to collaborate with other DX teams and contribute to drivers’ marketing projects
Flexible to work additional hours as needed to ensure timely project completion
