Koka Tech HVAC Inc. Project Engineer in Queens, New York
Utilizing engineering knowledge coordinate companys ongoing HVAC heating, cooling, and ventilation projects. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes for compliance with engineering principles. Develop schedules and plans for different projects. Coordinate all phases of HVAC projects from inception to completion. Work effectively with multiple contractors at various projects sites. Inspect facilities, evaluate effectiveness, related changes, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications. Review blueprints, write reports, approve expenditures, and make decisions about the purchase of materials or services. Consult & negotiate with clients. Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work. Prepare bids, review and recommend contracts & cost estimates. Obtain, update and maintain required permits, plans, licenses, and records.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering + 1 year of job exp.
