✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an ORR Licensed Bilingual Clinician at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona ✨
Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus surrounded by Farm student housing for 300 + youth, a Thrift Store, Cafe, Barbershop and Church open to the community incorporating life skills for our students. Along with a fully equipped weight room, football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, padded wrestling room & more).
Pay: $80,000 a year

What you will do: ORR Clinician works as a staff member for the ORR Program. The Clinician reports to the Lead Clinician and/or Program Director. Responsible for coordinating clinical services, conducting mental health assessments, counseling interventions, monitoring students' well-being, adjustment to the program, assessing safety to release to sponsor, training new clinicians, crisis intervention and maintaining documentation. Implements and manages the standards of care according to the guidelines of the ORR program. Ensures compliance of records and documentation and quality of care.
To be considered you should: Possess a Master's Degree in social work with clinical experience in the program Master's Degree in psychology, sociology or other relevant behavioral science with direct clinical experience is a program requirement Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of clinical employment experience Bilingual in Spanish and English Must be licensed or eligible for licensure Be at least 21 years of age Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
Schedule: Two Shifts
Sunday to Thursday
Tuesday to Saturday
Hours are based on the need of the program with one work from home day
