Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
The General Production Worker is responsible for transferring, stocking, loading, and unloading materials for the production lines. These materials may include a variety of components such as diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, labels, and generant. The role may also involve checking, correcting, or performing rework of inflators and conducting quality procedures and audits, including required dimensional checks and visual inspections.
Pay and Shifts
1st shift: 6 AM – 2:30 PM ($17.00/hour)
2nd shift: 2 pm - 10:30 pm (10 % differential = $18.70/hour)
3rd shift: 10 pm - 6:30 am (15% differential = $19.55/hour)
Must be able to work any day of the week.
Rotating schedule 6 days on 2 days off. must be able to work weekends.
Lifetime BG check- no felonies
Must own or be able to obtain a pair of steel toed shoes
Responsibilities
Transfer, stock, load, and unload materials for production lines.
Perform checks, corrections, or rework of inflators.
Conduct quality procedures and audits, including dimensional checks and visual inspections.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in manufacturing.
Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours per day as there are no sitting work areas.
Comfortable dealing with explosives.
Technical proficiency as all equipment is automated.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 40 lbs regularly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus for advancement opportunities.

Work Environment
The position is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment using automated production equipment for making airbag inflators.
Personal items such as lighters, matches, cigarettes, chewing tobacco, vape pens, or e-cigarettes are not permitted on site and must be kept in vehicles.
Available shifts are 1st (6 AM – 2:30 PM), 2nd (2 PM – 10:30 PM), and 3rd (10 PM – 6:30 AM), with the first day always starting on a Tuesday from 8 AM - 4:30 PM.
Employees must be willing to work 6-7 days per week, with rotating schedules providing 1-2 days off weekly, which could vary, including weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.55/hr.
