Responsibilities You will report to the Director of Audit Financial Manager, guiding teams on process improvement by providing recommendations, implementing solutions, and following up to ensure controls are maintained. You will use independent judgment to analyze requirements and provide strategic planning as well as organize activities to achieve program and organizational objectives. You will support leadership by identifying and justifying projects that align with strategic goals and manage systems for measuring project success. You will conduct business case analyses for process improvement and act as a change agent while keeping leadership informed of project status and ensuring team coordination. You will serve as an expert analyst and advisor on process improvement. You will also develop and deliver training while directing projects to improve organizational practices. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Guide and mentor teams in applying structured process improvement methodologies, analyzing and optimizing program requirements, supporting leadership in project development, AND/OR driving continuous improvement across the organization.
