Robert Half Digital Project Manager in Quakertown, Pennsylvania
Description We are looking for a skilled Digital Project Manager to join our team in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will oversee digital projects and initiatives while ensuring timely delivery and efficient collaboration across multiple teams. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to implement streamlined processes and drive impactful improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project workflows, forms, and dashboards to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of Adobe Workfront for project tracking and delivery.
• Coordinate with North America, Global, Digital, and Education teams to ensure seamless interaction and alignment.
• Train and onboard team members on new tools, processes, and systems.
• Monitor and analyze project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Create and maintain detailed reports tracking team performance, requests, and work progress.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Support the development and refinement of digital asset management practices.
• Ensure all dashboards are fully operational and meet organizational needs. Requirements • Proven experience in digital project management, including managing timelines and deliverables.
• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront and digital asset management systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams.
• Ability to train and onboard team members effectively on new processes and tools.
• Familiarity with creating dashboards, workflows, and detailed reports.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
