IHG 宾客服务接待员 in Qingdao, China
- 负责前台接待、宾客登记、入住与退房办理等日常服务工作;
- 解答宾客咨询,提供酒店设施、周边交通及旅游信息等指引服务;
- 协调处理宾客需求与投诉,及时反馈并跟进解决,保障服务质量;
- 配合完成客房状态核对、预订信息录入及系统数据维护等基础运营支持工作;
遵守酒店服务标准与操作规范,保持职业形象与服务礼仪。
大专及以上学历,专业不限,欢迎应届毕业生应聘;
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力、服务意识与团队协作精神;
- 普通话标准,具备基础英语听说能力者优先;
- 能适应轮班制工作安排,包括节假日及夜间值班;
- 无违法违纪记录,身心健康,能胜任服务岗位工作要求。
