Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description
Join a leading developer and manufacturer of engineered polymeric solutions for the medical device industry. We specialize in manufacturing catheters, minimally invasive devices, diagnostics, fluid management systems, and packaging.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery efficiently during assigned shifts.
Ensure quality production by following detailed instructions and maintaining high standards.
Collaborate with the extrusion operators and maintenance team on the manufacturing floor.
Stand and work on feet for 8+ hours a day.
Maintain reliable attendance to avoid impacting production schedules.
Document processes accurately in English.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 months experience in mechanical skills, mechanical assembly, quality, manufacturing, or operating roles.
Ability to read and write in English fluently for heavy documentation tasks.
Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanically inclined with experience in hand tools and machine setup.
Experience in general labor, machine operation, and production environments.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
