As Associate DirectorofStrategic Pricing, you willbe an instrumental leader thatshapeshow our products arebrought to market, wincommercialdeals, anddeliverinsights that inform C -suite decision making. You will leadhigh visibilitypricing strategy, partner directly with Sales in client facing negotiations, and synthesize market signals into actionable recommendations forC-suite executives.You will shape how Teladoc Healthcreatesvaluefor patients and clients, competes in evolving markets, and translatesimperfect data into actionable insight. This role is deeply analytical, highly strategic, and directly tied to enterprise growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Powerhouse for Deal Negotiation Support for Sales(client facing) * SupportSales on complex RFPs, renewals, andearly-to-late-stagenegotiationsand give pricing guidance and approvals based ontimelyand highly proficient financial modeling (includingscenario modeling, multiyear P&L forecasting, sensitivitymodelingetc.) * Present, guide and advocate forgo-no-go decisions forcomplex deals with C-suite leaders(e.g.designing and recommending creative options,contingenciesetc.) Translate market + product signals intoexecutive levelinsight * Convertvoice of market and voice of clientsfeedback, competitive dynamics,salestrendsintoC-suite-readyread-outswith clearso-what andrecommended paths, despite imperfect data * Create executivereadyand polished materials (visuals, polishedand strategicwords smithing&story-board) forC-suiteupdate&discussions Ownanalytics drivenpricing strategy& support commercialization of flagship products * Spearheadpricingstrategy (fee structure, performance guarantee, price pointsetc) for product launches and set pricing that is competitive, compelling for clients and delivers desired business objectives * Work very effectively with enterprise stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Operations & Legal to influence go-to-market strategy, fine tune and evolve pricing strategies, with ability to manage dependencies, risks & trade-offs * Price and positionnextgenerationhealthcare products &offerings using market benchmarking,willingnesstopay analysis across channels, cost drivers & profitability analyses, and by aligning value to clients and enterprise Advance analyticalcapabilities through home-grown AI innovations * Ad-hoc financial modeling andanalysesto unlock pricing-related insight andenhancementopportunities for profitability & competitiveness * Mentor analysts and influence crossfunctional teams; elevate analytical and commercial acumen companywidethrough home-grown AI use cases and innovations Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degreein Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a quantitatively rigorous field * 3+ years of professional experience in Finance, Pricing, or Analytics within a quantitative function * 3+ years of experience owning dynamic financial modeling on multi-year P&L for product launches or client deals * 2+ years of industry experience driving business outcomes in healthcare or digital/virtual care companies * 1+ years of experience inproducing executivereadyinsightpresentationsonfinancial results,market landscape, competitors & voice of clients Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree (MBA, MS Finance, MS Analytics)or equivalent advanced analytical training * 2+ years ofexperi
