Applicants must possess or obtain the necessary clearances to work in a school setting. Responsibilities center on the upkeep of institutional buildings and associated outdoor spaces. This position requires proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, along with the operation of both summer and winter outdoor power equipment. Winter maintenance duties include the operation of a truck-mounted snow plow and tailgate spreader. The position requires daily custodial duties during the school year.
