Landscaping and Groundskeeping Workers -- 6 temporary, Full-Time laborers (04/01/26 -- 12/31/26). Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Pull weeds/clear leaves/debris w/blowers and related landscaping activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011.00 Tools/equipment provided at no cost or deposit. Daily transportation provided to/from worksites. On-the-job training will be provided to all employees regardless of visa status. Upon offer of employment & prior to orientation, all hires both U.S. and H-2B must submit to/pass drug screen as required by applicable DOT regulations. Pay is $17.58 - $18.00 depending on experience. 40 hr/wk. M-F 9 AM -- 5 PM. Wages computed using a single work week & paid no more than bi-weekly. Jobs in Jefferson County, PA. Upon completing the first week of employment, employer will reimburse workers for transportation & subsistency from place of recruitment to place of work. Upon completion of work contract period or if worker is dismissed early, employer will provide/ pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or the place where the worker originally left to work, except if worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Transportation payment/reimbursement equal to most economical/reasonable common carrier for the distance involved. Daily subsistence of $16.28/day during travel to a max of $68.00/day with receipts. Lodging will be offered at a rate of $400/month, deducted from workers' pay on a daily prorated basis. Pay deductions only include those required by law. The employer will reimburse the H--2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H--2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker).
