BFG Manufacturing Services Factory Laborer in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania

Duties
- Assist with general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying and moving materials.
- Load / unload product on production lines.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the shift
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures at all times during production activities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions
- Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery with proper training
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues promptly
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
- Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 35#+ and have full movement and use of hands and arms to load racks, etc. Must be able to walk freely throughout the building and work area.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to independently follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to safety protocols and operational guidelines
We require safety toe boots/shoes and safety glasses and offer a safety incentive to help cover the costs. All other PPE is provided.
